Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist - LMS Focus

Role Summary

Manage end-to-end L&D initiatives, including strategy and implementation, leveraging LMS platforms to enhance workforce capabilities and support organizational growth within the real estate/development domain.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

across departments to identify skill gaps and developmental priorities. Design and deliver blended learning solutions -- instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, e-learning modules, and job aids. Develop engaging content: manuals, videos, digital learning assets, and assessments. Manage and optimize

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

for course assignments, tracking, reporting, and learner analytics. Facilitate

onboarding

, ensuring new hires are up to speed with corporate values, processes, safety norms, and compliance. Measure training effectiveness via

Kirkpatrick's model or similar frameworks

; compile reports for leadership. Oversee content updates, compliance training, and training calendar maintenance. Collaborate with SMEs, external vendors, and stakeholders to create tailored programs. Incorporate

adult learning principles

using instructional design models like ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and SAM.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, Adult Learning, or related field. 4-8 years of L&D experience, preferably within real estate, construction, or corporate environments. Proven track record with

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

and e-learning tools. Strong proficiency in instructional design and content creation. Excellent communication, virtual facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in measurement and evaluation frameworks for training outcomes. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project-management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent training initiatives.
