Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic

Import & Export Trainer

who can train aspiring exporters, students, and professionals on end-to-end international trade processes. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical sessions, creating course material, and supporting trainees to understand real-world documentation, logistics flow, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online training sessions on complete import-export procedures. Train learners on

international trade documentation

such as invoice, packing list, BL, COO, insurance, etc. Explain

logistics operations

, freight forwarding, CHA roles, and shipping line coordination. Teach

export-import compliance

, DGFT procedures, IEC, licensing, and government schemes. Guide trainees on

market research

, finding buyers, and understanding HS codes. Provide real-time examples from actual shipments to enhance learning. Prepare training materials, presentations, SOPs, and case studies. Assess learners through tests, practical assignments, and Q&A sessions. Offer post-training support and doubt-solving as required. Maintain training quality and ensure excellent learning outcomes. Stay updated with new government policies, EXIM documentation rules, and trade trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 3+ years of practical experience

in export/import operations, logistics, or CHA. Strong knowledge of

export documentation, shipping terms, Incoterms, payment terms, and customs processes

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions. Good command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage.
