Job Description

We are hiring qualified and experienced professionals to the post of Trainer: Aviation & hospitality management, for our Ernakulam region.

Applicant should be responsible for training and equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills required for roles in the aviation and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

: Develop and deliver training programs on aviation and hospitality management topics. Conduct workshops, simulations, and hands-on activities to enhance practical understanding.

Curriculum Development

: Design and update training modules based on industry standards and trends. Incorporate customer service excellence, safety protocols, and operational management practices into the curriculum.

Skill Development

: Train participants on soft skills such as communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork. Provide technical training on reservation systems, ticketing, housekeeping standards, and airport operations.

Evaluation and Assessment

: Assess trainees' performance through tests, role-playing, and evaluations. Provide feedback and recommend areas for improvement.

Industry Updates

: Stay updated on changes in aviation and hospitality regulations, technologies, and customer expectations. Integrate current trends into training sessions to ensure relevance.

Mentorship and Guidance

: Support trainees in career planning and skill enhancement. Offer guidance on industry-specific certifications and job applications.

Collaboration and Reporting

: Work with training institutions, airlines, hotels, and other industry stakeholders to align training objectives. Prepare reports on training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of aviation and hospitality management principles. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to design engaging and interactive training sessions. Patience and a mentoring attitude. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, systems, and software. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
