Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Our Trainers are an essential part of making our Trust & Safety Operations teams successful. They develop and deliver online & classroom training to address changes to policies, induct new team members and help our teams gain new skills.
What would I be doing?

• You will develop & deliver online and classroom training sessions covering process, product, policy, and new hire inductions.
• You are responsible for building training programs from scratch (from ideation, through planning, implementation, review, and outcomes analysis) including e-learning structure.
• You identify and assess training needs for the team to bridge knowledge gaps and develop skills.
• You will localize policy briefings to make them applicable and resonate with local teams.
• You will work with the business to achieve a high-performance culture including group coaching and assisting underperformers.

What should I bring with me?

• You come with previous training experience with a focus on Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Policy in a tech or media environment.
• You possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor training content for different groups.
• Your language skills: proficient in Nepali
