Job Description

• Supporting Gram Vikas team in completing student\xe2\x80\x99s selection process
• Conducting classes in Odiya/ Hindi as per duty chart, following the curriculum, pedagogy and the tools designed for the same.
• Good at using audio visual and activity-based training
• Motivating students for geriatric home care profession during the course
• Overseeing the behaviour and well being of students in classroom and hostel
• Maintaining of classroom attendance and classroom discipline.
• Conducting of unit test after completion of each unit. Evaluation of unit test paper.
• Preparation of result sheet after evaluation is completed. Updating result sheet in Master data.
• Compilation of feedback of daily classroom and updating in Master data.
• Conducting of remedial classes for the underperforming students.
• Reporting of progress of each student after every unit to the Centre Manager.
• Conducting parents meeting atleast once during the classroom session
• Handle any problems/ concerns raised by the parents/ students in collaboration with the Gram Vikas team
• Travel with the Gram Vikas mobilisation team as and when the classroom is not in progress so as to actively engage in the community level student selection process
• Maintain all equipment and consumables in the lab room and conduct regular audits
• Ensure that students who complete their course have received their course completion certificate
• Travel to Hyderabad/ Delhi/ Bangalore with the students for practical training when needed
• Remain in touch with students during OJT and during the first 6 months after they are employed to ensure retention in work
• Be proactive in giving suggestions if any for improvement of the training program
• Represent Life Circle with Gram Vikas and any external agencies
• Administrative responsibilities assigned if any

Eductional Qualification: BSC Nursing/ GNM or ANM with training experience **Female candidates preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
