Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Garment Making and Fashion Designing

to deliver skill-based training under CSR Skill Development projects in East Delhi. The trainer will be responsible for imparting industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills to youth, preparing them for employment in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

theoretical and practical training

in Garment Making and Fashion Designing

Train candidates in:

Basic & advanced stitching techniques Pattern making and garment construction Fabric knowledge and selection Fashion illustration (basic) Cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control Use of sewing machines and related tools Follow

NSQF / SSC / CSR-aligned curriculum

. Prepare lesson plans, training material, and daily session plans Ensure

hands-on practice

and skill-based learning Conduct assessments, mock tests, and practical evaluations Maintain trainee attendance, progress reports, and documentation Support trainees with: Employability skills Self-employment / entrepreneurship guidance Ensure discipline, safety, and inclusivity in the classroom Coordinate with Project Coordinator / CSR Partner for reporting Assist during audits, inspections, and placement activities

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Fashion Designing/ Garment Technology/ Apparel Designing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds

Experience Required:

Minimum

2-5 years

of industry experience in Garment making / fashion designing Prior experience in

skill development / CSR / vocational training projects

will be an added advantage

Skills Required:

Practical knowledge fashion designing/ garment making operations Training & facilitation skills Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and service standards Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Remuneration:

As per project norms and candidate experience

Location Preference:

Candidates residing in or near

East Delhi

will be preferred
