Roles and Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, assignments, and projects covering
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
.
Deliver training sessions both
in-person and virtually
, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Create engaging, interactive, and collaborative learning environments that encourage learner participation.
Evaluate learner progress through assessments and projects, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Continuously update training curriculum and content to align with the latest
industry trends and best practices
.
Mentor and guide trainees through real-world projects and use cases to strengthen practical understanding.
Collaborate with fellow trainers, instructional designers, and internal teams to enhance overall program quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in
frontend and backend web development
.
Proven experience as a
Full Stack Developer
with expertise in the
MERN stack

Strong knowledge of
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MongoDB, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js

Experience in designing and delivering
