Trainer

to coach and guide our call center Employees.

Key Responsibilities

Train new hires and conduct refresher workshops for existing employees to enhance sales performance. Develop training content and activities that improve sales and communication skills. Monitor call quality, track training effectiveness, and share actionable insights with management. Mentor and guide agents to handle customer conversations effectively. Assess training effectiveness and share feedback with management. Adapt training content to match evolving business goals and customer expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a

Trainer / Call Center Trainer

(preferably in telesales or service-based industries). Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Ability to engage and motivate teams. Flexible to work on a freelance/contract basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in

matrimonial (optional), subscription-based, or service sectors

. Ability to train in

English, Hindi, and Bengali

. Certifications in sales or soft skills training will be an advantage.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Esplanade, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
