Role Overview:

We are looking for an

experienced full-stack developer & trainer

skilled in

MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

with additional expertise in

Python (Django/Flask)

and

.NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)

.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for real-world IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions on

MERN Full Stack

Python Full Stack

, and

.NET Full Stack

technologies. Design and update course materials, projects, and assignments based on current industry trends. Guide and mentor students on project development and career paths. Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay up to date with the latest development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices. Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

MERN Stack:

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js RESTful APIs, JWT Authentication, Redux, Hooks

Python Stack:

Python (Core & Advanced), Django / Flask Framework Database Integration, REST APIs

.NET Stack:

C#, ASP.NET / .NET Core, MVC Architecture SQL Server, Entity Framework

Additional Skills (Preferred):

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub Cloud basics (AWS / Azure) Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & version control
