Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Training & Onboarding:
Conduct induction for new franchise owners and team members.
Deliver detailed training on kitchen setup, equipment use, menu items, and brand SOPs.
2. Staff Training:
Train cooks, counter staff, and delivery handlers on daily operations.
Conduct mock service sessions for real-time practice.
3. Operational Audits:
Perform regular franchise evaluations to ensure SOP adherence.
Report gaps and recommend corrective actions.
4. SOP Implementation & Updates:
Draft and implement SOPs for each aspect of the business.
Modify SOPs based on feedback, audits, or operational needs.
5. Customer Experience & Brand Representation:
Train staff on customer interaction and complaint handling.
Ensure consistent brand presentation and service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years in QSR/franchise operations training
Strong understanding of franchise systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Food Safety certification preferred
Willing to travel
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
1. SOP - Kitchen Setup & Equipment Use
Ensure proper placement of fryers, grills, cold storage, and prep tables.
Test all equipment before launch and maintain a logbook.
2. SOP - Food Preparation (Hunger Items)
Burger & Wraps
Use standardized recipes and portion control charts.
Assemble in order: bun ? sauce ? patty ? veggies ? cheese ? wrap/seal.
3. SOP - Hygiene & Safety
Daily sanitization of all surfaces before and after shifts.
Use gloves, hairnets, and masks at all times.
Maintain temperature logs for all perishable storage.
4. SOP - Inventory & Stock Management
Daily stock checks using FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
Weekly inventory report to franchise head office.
Use automated or manual stock sheets.
5. SOP - Customer Service
Greet customers within 5 seconds of entry.
Handle orders clearly and repeat for confirmation.
Address complaints positively and resolve in under 2 minutes.
6. SOP - Daily Operations Checklist
Open and close store following standard checklist.
Ensure all POS, kitchen displays, and billing systems are operational.
Conduct staff briefing before each shift.
