GMR Varanasi - Centre for Empowerment & Livelihoods is seeking a dedicated and skilled Trainer for Food & Beverage Service to train and mentor youth (Aged 18-30) from underprivileged backgrounds. The person will be responsible for equipping students with the following.
He/she will be the trainer for interactive training sessions on refrigeration and air-conditioning principles, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Develop course materials, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learning.
Provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation for trainees.
Conduct assessments and monitor student progress through evaluations and feedback sessions.
Coordinate with local businesses and organizations for guest lectures, exposure visits, and placement opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training modules.
Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and training effectiveness for reporting purposes.
Support in mobilizing candidates and engaging with community outreach programs to encourage enrollment.
Also, he/ she will be responsible for PMKVY scheme related works at center level.
