Job Description

Incumbent will be responsible for: A trainer in the pest control industry must have a strong understanding of both technical and sales aspects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adopt to changing industry standards and regulations. 1. Develop & design training materials (module) and curricular that cover various aspects of pest control operations and sales techniques. 2. Conduct orientation sessions for new team members to familiarize them with the company, its policies and its services. 3. Provide in-depth technical training on pest identification, control methods, pesticide application, equipment handling and safety protocols. 4. Ensure that the team has a comprehensive understanding of the products and equipment used in pest control. 5. Train sales team members in effective sales techniques, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing the leads. 6. Educate the team on relevant industry regulations and safety standards, ensuring all operations are compliant. 7. Accompany technicians in the field to provide practical training and guidance, ensuring they apply their knowledge effectively. 8. Assess the team\'s performance regularly through tests, evaluations, and performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback. 9. Keep the team updated on industry trends, new pest control methods, and any regulatory changes that may affect their work. 10. Ensure that all training activities, materials, and records are properly documented and maintained for compliance and future reference. 11. Foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration among sales and operations team members. 12. Prepare reports on training progress, including assessments of individual and team performance. 13. Assist in controlling costs related to training materials, travel, and other training expenses. 14. Assist team members in obtaining required certifications and licenses for pest control operations. 15. Implement measures to monitor and maintain the quality of services provided by the sales and operations team.
