The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for educators, administrators, and other stakeholders associated with SAAR Education. This role involves conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development:
Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to the needs of educators, administrators, and other stakeholders.
Ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with SAAR Education's objectives and standards.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online.
Utilize various training methods and techniques to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and assessments.
Continuously improve training content and delivery based on participant feedback and evaluation results.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Training to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to enhance training content and effectiveness.
Resource Development:
Develop and maintain training resources, including manuals, guides, presentations, and online content.
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and reflect current best practices in education and training.
Support and Mentorship:
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants to help them apply new skills and knowledge in their professional practice.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Research and Best Practices:
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in education and training.
Apply industry standards and best practices to develop innovative and effective training programs.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
Prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.

Maintain a satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5 for training programs.

Training Session Frequency:
Conduct at least 20 training sessions per quarter.

Assessment Completion Rate:
Achieve a 95% completion rate for post-training assessments.

Collaboration Effectiveness:
Hold bi-weekly meetings with marketing and training heads.
