Job Description

Design and develop training programs customized to the targeted audience.
Prepare and review training materials such as module summaries, videos and presentations.
Deliver online and classroom training sessions by providing real time projects. Plan and Impart training basis the scheduled calendar and the training needs for employees Visiting the various Branches and Hubs on regular basic for physical trainings Virtual trainings to be imparted through various digital platforms Ensuring that the Target audience is not only trained but also certified in the various modules Ensuring that the employees are trained once on boarded before they start the operations Ensuring a good CSAT score basis the bench mark provided Liaison with the HRs, cluster heads, Department heads and supervisors for smooth trainings Train the ground level /blue collared employees on various process & behavioural trainingPreferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel and Word, PowerPoint. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize the training requirement. Good communication and written skills to impart effective training Logistics background Training backgroundWillingness to travel Experience in operations would be added advantage. Knowledge and zeal to impart trainingJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per yearBenefits:
