4. Qualification requirement:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

5. Experience needed:

Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching computer operations, IT training, or related areas. Strong knowledge of MS Office, internet applications, email communication, and basic troubleshooting.

GMR Varalakshmi Foundation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Basic Computer Trainer to train and mentor youth (Aged 18-30) from underprivileged backgrounds. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with following.

He/ She will be the trainer for interactive training sessions on basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, and digital literacy.

He/ she will be responsible for delivering theory and practical sessions developing course materials, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learning.

Monitor student progress through assessments/evaluations and feedback sessions.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training modules as per professional Sector Skill Council.

Provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation for trainees.

Coordinate with local businesses and organizations for guest lectures, exposure visits, and placement opportunities.

Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and training effectiveness for reporting purposes.

Support in mobilizing candidates and engaging with community outreach programs to encourage enrollment.

Also, he/ she will be responsible for PMKVY scheme related works at the centre level.

Salary negotiable based on candidate experience and qualifications.
