Role Overview:

The individual will be responsible for conducting daily sessions while ensuring seamless academic coordination, learner engagement, and outcome-based instruction. This role demands active participation in curriculum planning, session execution, record-keeping, and evaluation of trainees. Additionally, the trainer will stay connected with industry trends through field visits and will translate these insights into practical learning content and assessments. Close collaboration with academic teams and staffing partners ensures the effective delivery of the program and achievement of learning outcomes.

:

1. Key role - Training delivery in Industry on daily basis.

2. Conducting online session (using: Zoom etc).

3. Creating session plan in LMS.

4. Collecting students' attendance and other evidences, Keep the records.

5. Closely coordination with academic team and staffing partner.

6. Industry visit to understand the ground challenges.

7. Conduct Physical training/doubt clearing classes.

8. Conducting Examination Midterm/End term.

9. Creating Learning content and assessments.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. Minimum - B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/EEE with 2 years of teaching experience.

2. Minimum 2 years of industry experiences.

3. Basic computer skills.

4. Good communication skill.
