We are an NGO doing Skill Training Projects for Corporate CSR programs for dropout marginalized youth . For one of our skill training centre at Karamadai near Metupalayam ,we need a Centre Manager cum Trainer. The candidate should have leadership qualities. He/She willl be in charge of the centre controlling all the activities of Mobilsation, Training and Placement of the candidates. Besides He/She should be in a position take training either in English communication or Retail sales to the candidates. He/She should be also in position to have good rapport with the Donor representatives and handle their monitoring visits
