: The BCBF Trainer (Business Correspondent & Business Facilitator) is responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training to students aspiring to work in financial inclusion and banking services. This includes conducting classes, assessing trainee performance, and ensuring post-training job placements in the banking and financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to develop instructional material that can be easily understood
-Ability to read and interpret document s such policies and procedure manuals and use monitor screen frequently
-Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience with instructional design, WebEx , Sharepoint, Microsoft CRM or comparable applications is a plus
-An understanding of relational database concepts
-Strong leadership and project management skills
-Previous training experience with CRM software preferred

Educational Qualifications-

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
