JOB DESCRIPTION :
Designation: Trainer Claims (Payer Side)
Location: Chennai, Bangalore , Hyderabad (One-way cab provided)
Mandatory Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Trainer (Classroom Training) in US Healthcare (Payer Side).

• Strong knowledge of Claims Adjudication, Adjustment, and Payment Integrity.

• Hands-on with NHT (New Hire Training) & OJT (On-the-Job Training)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Training & Development:

• Conduct classroom training sessions for new hires and existing employees on Claims Adjudication &

Adjustment.

• Develop and deliver structured training modules focused on correcting errors and compliance

guidelines.

• Utilize interactive learning methods to enhance trainees' understanding.

Assessment & Monitoring:

• Track trainee performance through assessments, feedback sessions, and quizzes.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve skills and efficiency.

• Work closely with operations to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Compliance & Process Enhancement:

• Keep up-to-date with payer-side regulations and claims processing standards.

• Ensure all training materials align with industry best practices.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Maintain training records and provide regular reports to the management.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize training effectiveness.
