The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. Responsibilities:Training
Training Development: Design, develop, and update training materials and modules related to the collections process, including compliance, negotiation techniques, customer communication and systems/application
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, both in-person and via virtual platforms
Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, addressing individual training needs and performance gaps
Compliance: Ensure all training programs are compliant with industry regulations and company policies
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and progress, and prepare reports for management
Collaboration: Work closely with management, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Operations and other departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in collections training, incorporating these insights into training programs
On Job Training (OJT)
OJT Plan: Formulate a OJT plan that will cater to the new hire and reduce their learning curve
Performance Management: * Monitor and evaluate new hire performance
Setting clear goals and expectations
Listening to random calls and providing constructive feedbacks
Training and Development: Identify training needs during the OJT phase and coordinate crash courses
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, progress, and challenges to senior management
Overall Team Certification scores across all training batches at 90 days
OJT Results (MR achievements, QA scores etc.)
No of crash course based on training needs conducted during phase
Meeting the standards of process document updates
No of refreshers conduced based on Operational requirements
No of updates and training rollouts
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (training/education-related certifications preferred).
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role.
Ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects effectively.
Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes.
