The Trainer ensures that every tele caller is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively pitch real estate projects and secure appointments. This role is central to reducing ramp-up time, improving quality, and boosting team productivity.
Job Responsibility:
Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new tele callers.
Train on communication skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
Develop refresher programs to address gaps identified by Quality Analysts.
Use roleplays, mock calls, and real-call analysis to make training practical and interactive.
Keep training material updated with new scripts, offers, and project details.
Assess training effectiveness through tests, call monitoring, and performance reviews.
Work closely with managers to align training with business goals.
Requirements:
2+ years of training experience in a tele sales/call center.
Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
Skills & Traits:
Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
Coaching and mentoring mindset.
Patience and adaptability to different learner styles.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
