Job Description
Job Location: Chennai, India
- Develop training plans and present them to appropriate stakeholders
- Deliver client-specific training modules to new hires and manage queries
- Conduct training programs under specified TAT and coordinate attendance metrics
- Collect and manage feedback from trainees on the quality of training
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
- Own the training content and assessments related to refresher training
- Interact with the clients and build credibility as a Subject Matter Expert
- Recommend changes to optimize the training strategies and methods
- Manage all LMS updates and manage the scheduling of assessments
- Update the training SOPs and PWIs on a weekly basis
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:- Minimum 5 years of experience in the end-to-end AR process
- At least 2 years of experience as a trainer in Healthcare BPO
- Should have worked in end-to-end AR team.
- Expertise in the US Healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
- Must be passionate to learn new processes.
- Flexible to work night shifts as per business requirements
