Conduct induction and process training for new joiners in the BPO sector.
Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and assessments.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Ensure that all employees meet quality and performance standards through regular coaching sessions.
Coordinate with operations and HR teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation for audits and reviews.
Conduct refresher and skill enhancement programs for existing employees.
Implement soft skills, communication, and customer service training as required.
Stay updated with the latest BPO industry trends and incorporate best practices in training.
