Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
process and product training
for new hires and existing employees
Support
onboarding activities
and ensure smooth transition to production
Monitor trainee performance during training and
OJT (On-the-Job Training)
Training Calendar / OJT Reports
Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective training based on performance gaps
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience
as a
Process Trainer
in a
BPO / Call Center / Customer Service
environment Prior experience in
BPO
is preferred
Strong understanding of
BPO operations Voice and Non Voice
Skills
Excellent
presentation and facilitation
skills
Strong
verbal and written English communication
skills
Advanced proficiency in English
(mandatory)
Ability to explain complex processes in a clear and engaging manner
Strong coaching skills with the ability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream
Relevant certification in training or coaching will be an added advantage
Work Schedule
: 5 days a week / Day Shift
