ob Title: Wellness and Beauty Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Wellness and Beauty Trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to aspiring beauty professionals, focusing on wellness, skincare, makeup, and haircare techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments to ensure they meet industry standards.

- Training Delivery: Conduct theory and practical sessions on various beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, and makeup techniques.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to trainees, helping them develop their skills and confidence.

- Industry Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies in the beauty industry.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with training or teaching experience preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and haircare techniques

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
