Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts, aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees, utilizing various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Identify training gaps and needs within the organization through assessments and feedback. Develop targeted training programs to programs to address these needs.
Support the implementation of forums management systems and improvement training on performance expectations and goal setting.
Qualifications:
Any Graduation/ Post Graduation, Knowledge in Technology, Mobile or Retail Industry will give extra advantages.
Excellent communication and presentation skill.
Strong relationship-building skills to engage with employees at all levels.
