Job Description

1. Training Delivery

Conduct technical training sessions on automotive systems (engine, transmission, electricals, diagnostics, EV systems, etc.). Train technicians, service advisors, sales teams, and dealership staff. Demonstrate correct use of diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and repair techniques. Deliver both classroom and hands-on practical training.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

Create training materials, manuals, presentations, videos, and assessments. Update training content based on new vehicle models, technologies, and manufacturer guidelines. Develop skill-based modules for beginners, intermediate, and advanced technicians.

3. Assessment & Evaluation

Assess trainees through written tests, practical exams, and on-job evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and track trainee performance. Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and progress reports.

4. Technical Support

Offer expert guidance on complex vehicle issues to workshops and dealership teams. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, EV systems, diagnostic procedures, and service campaigns. Support service centers in improving repair quality and reducing repeat complaints.

5. Coordination & Administration

Plan and schedule training programs as per dealership/manufacturer requirements. Coordinate with HR, service managers, OEM training teams, and external vendors. Ensure availability of training tools, workshop setup, vehicles, and training aids.

6. Compliance & Safety

Ensure all training follows manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Promote workshop safety practices and ensure trainees adhere to safety protocols. Maintain training lab/workshop in safe, clean, and operational condition.

7. Continuous Improvement

Gather feedback from trainees and management to improve training effectiveness. Analyze skill gaps and design targeted upskilling programs. Track new market trends (EV, hybrid systems, ADAS, connectivity) to update training modules.

Pay: ₹9,092.57 - ₹30,164.15 per month
