Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A. Training & Development:

? Conduct induction programs for newly joined pharmacy staff (pharmacists, sales executives, billing staff, etc.).

? Deliver functional training on pharmacy operations, billing procedures, prescription handling, and customer service.

? Train staff on company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements (e.g., handling of medicines, expiry management, hygiene standards).

? Provide sales and product training, focusing on company-promoted brands, seasonal products, and customer engagement techniques.

? Conduct refresher training sessions for existing employees to reinforce knowledge and improve performance.

? Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions to the HR Manager.

B. Training Design & Materials:

? Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessment questionnaires.

? Maintain and update training content based on company policies, industry standards, and feedback.

? Coordinate with department heads (Accounts, Operations, Purchase, etc.) to include cross-functional modules where relevant.

C. Assessment & Evaluation:

? Conduct post-training assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and retention.

? Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and performance reports.

? Submit monthly training reports to HR Manager / Management.

D. Coordination & Support:

? Coordinate with branch managers and HR executives for scheduling training sessions.

? Support apprenticeship and internship programs (NAPS / Non-NAPS).

? Guide and mentor trainees and newly joined staff during their probation period.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Freshers with strong interest in retail pharmacy operations may also apply.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel across outlets within the Trichy region.

Ability to train and motivate teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
