Role and Responsibilities:

1. Set up machines with minimal wastage and time.

2. Monitor product quality and process continuously.

3. Ensure proper shift handover related to 4M.

4. Record process and operating parameters at defined intervals.

5. Cross-check grade-wise memo at every station after shift handover.

6. Record abnormalities found during shift.

7. Discuss and share activities in shift handover.

8. Identify process challenges and optimization opportunities.

9. Discuss with team leaders on shop floor.

10. Complete activities within targeted time.

11. Ensure bin-wise material loading at RM mixing area.

12. Cross-check sand and adhesive as per memo in every shift.

13. Maintain grinding quantity records and STD packing as per SOP.

14. Handover to stores as per SOP.

15. Train casuals to maintain 5S in grinding area.

16. Follow RM issuing process as per SOP.

17. Follow balanced RM handover process as per SOP.

18. Follow FG handover process as per SOP.

19. Identify and implement process improvements and Kaizens.

20. Maintain 5S at each station.

21. Train casuals on PPEs and safety.

22. Report accidents and first aid cases to team leader.

23. Identify and report unsafe conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?270,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
