Minimum requirements
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree with relevant work experience preferred. Freshers with a basic understanding, passion for aviation. Candidates with minimum 1 year relevant experience in Customer Services, Social Media, Complaints Handling, Online Reputation Management (ORM) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Should have a complete understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms. A knack of responding to positive content around the brand in a quirky/memorable way which helps the brand stand out, and give the communication a human face. Understand and address customer queries effectively and actively on social media platforms and at times over emails and share its associated feedback to the respective department. Pacify the customers/social audience by giving proper resolution in line with company policy. Coordinate with various internal departments when dealing with sensitive cases. Build loyalty around the brand and drive favorable engagement on social media platforms.
