Job Description

Varun Beverages Ltd. is seeking a Management Trainee for its Production department at the Kosi Plant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent B Tech graduates with 0-1 years of experience to gain valuable on-the-job training and develop their skills in a dynamic beverage production environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will be an integral part of our Production team, working closely with experienced professionals to learn and understand the end-to-end beverage production process. This hands-on role will provide you with a solid foundation in production management, allowing you to contribute to our company's success and growth.

Assist in daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets. Learn and implement quality control measures to maintain product standards. Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency. Participate in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering. Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues. Help in data collection and analysis for production reports and performance metrics. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in production management. Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. 0-1 years of experience in a production environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and implement process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the beverage production industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a desire to take on new challenges. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime, as per production requirements. A passion for the beverage industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
