The Hotel Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program across all major departments of the hotel to gain practical experience and operational knowledge. The objective is to prepare the trainee for future supervisory or management roles within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:1. Front Office:
Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage reservations and room assignments.
Learn about revenue management and night audit processes.
2. Food & Beverage (Service):
Assist in restaurant and bar operations.
Learn menu planning, guest service standards, and point-of-sale systems.
Support event setup, banquet service, and room service operations.
Maintain hygiene and quality standards.
3. Housekeeping:
Participate in room cleaning and maintenance supervision.
Monitor inventory of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
Learn about room inspection and quality control procedures.
4. Kitchen / Food Production:
Support chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Learn about food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
Participate in menu planning and recipe standardization.
5. Sales & Marketing:
Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotions.
Support digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Handle guest feedback and loyalty program activities.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
