Job Description

Adhere strictly to cGMP standards and factory safety regulations. Assist in sample preparation and execution of experiments using DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter). Support in ensuring raw material availability and equipment readiness prior to experimental runs. Assist in conducting experiments using ARSST (Advanced Reactive System Screening Tool). Support in program preparation and execution of experiments using RC1e (Reaction Calorimeter). Assist in experiments involving RC1e with GEK (Gas Evolution Kit) setup. Coordinate with the team to identify process safety requirements during lab demonstration batches. Assist in developing control programs that simulate worst-case scenarios for plant-scale operations. Support in programming and executing experiments using EasyMax 402. Prepare basic reports related to preliminary screening and hazard evaluations. Follow "Safety by Design" principles during experiment planning and execution. Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness in fume hoods and lab areas. * Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
