Job Title: Travel Consultant Trainee (Freshers Welcome!)
:
We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Travel Consultants. As a Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries about tour packages, air tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services
- Processing orders and making reservations with the guidance of senior staff
- Collaborating with other departments to provide top-notch customer service
- Following up with clients who have enquired about our services and helping them create bookings

Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed graduation in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of travel industry software and systems (training will be provided)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
