Trainees for Customer Support / Telecalling

. This is an entry-level role where you will interact with candidates over the phone, explain training & job opportunities, and guide them through the process.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates. Share details about training & job opportunities. Handle queries politely and professionally. Maintain call records and update data. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Eligibility

? Minimum Qualification:

+2 / Any UG (except Engineering, PG not allowed)

? Freshers can apply -

No experience required

? Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English preferred).
? Interest in customer support / telecalling roles.
