Education Qualification: Graduates, Post Graduates Experience:
Entry-level position Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Understanding the Customer Business Process and documenting it based on the industry vertical
Understanding current challenges with customers and documenting the same
Reviewing client's Data for implementation
Handling Post Implementation queries of the client
Handling client calls related to Issues.
Writing the requirements in detail of the client related to new development Day-to-day coordination with clients on ERP-related requirements Continuously monitor, track, report the ERP Implementation projects.
Coordinating internally with other team members for successful implementation
Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Development teams based on customer requirements
Provide support to senior team members during various stages of the implementation process.
Participate in data gathering, analysis, and documentation. Assist in testing and troubleshooting ERP software functionalities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ERP implementation activities. Maintaining a cordial working relationship within customer organization
