Job Summary

Unique Solar is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Trainee Tele Caller to support our sales and customer engagement activities. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries related to solar rooftop systems, and generating qualified leads. Comprehensive training on solar products and calling processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to residential, commercial, and industrial customers

Explain Unique Solar's rooftop solar solutions, subsidies, and benefits

Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM

Follow calling scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies

Coordinate with sales and site teams for follow-ups

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Maintain professional communication and call quality standards

Skills & Requirements

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Willingness to learn about solar energy products and processes

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)

Confidence, clarity, and a customer-friendly approach

Ability to handle rejections positively

Freshers are welcome to apply

Qualification

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Training & Development

Complete training on solar rooftop systems and government subsidy processes

Call handling and customer engagement training

CRM and reporting system training
