Civil Engineering freshers

who have completed

Tekla Structures training

to join our team as

Trainee

. The candidate will assist in Creating, Editing, Checking, Modeling and managing 3D structural models and drawings for steel structures under the supervision of senior modelers and engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create 3D models of steel/reinforced concrete structures using

Tekla Structures

software. Prepare general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, and reinforcement detailing. Coordinate with the design team to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Assist in revising models and drawings based on client or engineer feedback. Maintain proper documentation and drawing standards. Learn and apply company standards, BIM workflows, and QA/QC procedures.

Skills Required:

Good understanding of

civil/structural engineering fundamentals

. Proficiency in

Tekla Structures

(steel or RCC modeling). Attention to detail and ability to interpret structural drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
