Trainee Technician
(Factory Support Role).
Education:
ITI or Diploma only
Graduates/B.Tech and above not preferred
Age: 20-28 years

What you'll do :
Begin by assisting in fixture assembly, machine assembly, and shop-floor technical tasks.
Support senior technicians during machine build, testing, and production work.
Get exposure to different departments (VMC, Lathe/DRO, Welding, Assembly, Fixtures) to understand where you fit best.
Based on performance and skill adaptability, you will be assigned to one primary role (e.g., assembly, machining, fixture work).
Provide support to other work areas when workload increases depending on production needs.
Ensure discipline, tool care, and safe working practices on the shop floor.
