Job Description

Assist senior technicians in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or electronic problems in vehicles. Help with basic and routine maintenance tasks -- e.g. oil changes, fluid checks, tire changes/rotations, battery checks, filter replacement, brake inspections, and similar servicing work. Support in repair or replacement of worn, damaged or faulty parts (e.g. brake pads, belts, sensors, wheel bearings, electrical/fuel system components) under supervision. Conduct and assist with vehicle inspections and test-drives (when required) to verify repairs or detect underlying issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop: tools, equipment, spare parts, work bays, and general housekeeping. Keep accurate records of jobs done -- services, maintenance, repairs, parts replaced -- as directed by supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and workplace norms to ensure safe working conditions. Participate in training sessions/workshops to learn and stay updated with automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
