The ITI Trainee Technical Associate supports manufacturing and maintenance operations in a pharmaceutical facility by assisting in equipment operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards. The role involves learning pharma production processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with SOPs under supervision.

Key Responsibilities;

Assist in operation and maintenance of pharma production and utility equipment Follow GMP, SOPs, safety, and quality compliance requirements Support troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities Maintain equipment logs, records, and documentation Learn and support manufacturing, packaging, and engineering processes under supervision
