Key Responsibilities



Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. Source talent using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent mapping. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds with respective teams. Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Drive data-driven recruitment by tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics. Contribute to employer branding activities and enhance candidate experience. Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience



BBA/MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent degree. Minimum of 0-1 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Strong exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring. Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and recruitment analytics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
