Work Schedule:
Shift during training: 7 AM-7 PM (12-hour day shifts)
Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in the entire granite production process: cutting, polishing, quality checking
Support senior supervisors in managing daily operations and the workforce
Maintain inventory and production logs
Ensure safety protocols are followed
Handle coordination between departments (e.g., quarry, logistics)
Qualifications
Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering -- freshers welcome
Preferably Tamil Nadu residents under selection criteria
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
