We are hiring Trainee Supervisors (Male/Female) for a reputed Granite Company in Perundurai.

Shift:

12 Hours (7AM - 7PM) During training period

Experience:

Freshers Welcome

Salary:

18,000/- during training period

Training Duration:

3 Months

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily team operations and task execution Plan and allocate daily production tasks Monitor performance and provide feedback Enforce safety and compliance protocols Monitor equipment readiness and safety compliance Track production output and resolve bottlenecks Enforce quality control and defect management Manage workforce attendance, coaching, and morale Report metrics and escalate issues to management
