Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated

Software Engineer Intern / Trainee

to support our development team in coding, debugging, testing, and software implementation. This role offers hands-on experience in developing software solutions, collaborating on projects, and contributing to innovative technologies that drive efficiency and product enhancement.

Job Responsibility:

Solve complex problems with strong logical reasoning and analytical skills. Develop and maintain software applications using one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, React, PHP, HTML, CSS, C, or C++. Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in software development and work with databases efficiently. Collaborate with teams to understand technical requirements and implement effective solutions. Communicate effectively and demonstrate a strong work ethic while being committed to the organization's long-term goals. Analyze technical requirements to identify and implement the best-fit technologies and solutions. Quickly adapt to new technologies and be willing to work on diverse tech stacks as needed.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Recent graduate or final-year student in B.Tech CE/ B.Tech IT/ BCA/ MCA / M.Tech and Related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Basic understanding of Programming languages such as Javascript / React Js / React Native / Node Js etc. (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Offered :

After training CTC will be 1.8 to 3.5 LPA (Based on Interview and Work performance)

During first 6 Months : Up to Rs. 8000 (For Interns and Freshers based on Interview / Performance)

Note

: The First month of Internship will be unpaid due to Training Month. This stipend will be applicable for candidates who will be continued after the successful completion of first month training assessment. Interns and Freshers will be assessed after 1st and 6th month, will be relieved and promoted based on their performance and capabilities.
