Job Role
- Respond to customer queries and customers concerns over email, chats and calls
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Education : Any Graduate
Shift: 9am - 6pm
Work Mode : Office
Working Days : 6 days(Mon to Fri)
Location : Hoodi, Bengaluru
Skill: Good English and Hindi communication with good problem solving skills
FRESHERS ARE ELIGIBLE

Employment Type: Internship for 6 months
Stipend: 10000 during Internship period
Will be converted to Full time employee as per the performance
