Key Responsibilities:
Perform lead generation using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, and other online sources.
Research and identify potential clients in the international market.
Write compelling business proposals tailored to client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare project cost estimations and timelines.
Maintain a strong follow-up system and communication with prospects.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead progress and conversion.
Maintain and update CRM tools and lead management systems.
Learn and stay updated on digital trends, industry tools, and client behavior.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
