About the Role
We are looking for energetic graduates who want to start their career in Recruitment. As a Trainee - Recruitment, you will work closely with our senior recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for our clients in India Market. You will be trained on the complete recruitment lifecycle, tools, and processes used in Staffing.
Key Responsibilities

• Understand client job requirements as per job description.
• Search and identify candidates using job portals, internal database, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidates on basic fit, experience, and interest level as per job requirement.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and senior recruiters.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Support the team in meeting daily and weekly hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in any form of staffing.
• Engineering graduates from 2023, 2024 or 2025.
• Should be able to work 5 days from our Noida/BLR office.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and logical thinking, comfortable understanding technical roles.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
• Should have their own laptop.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong ownership.
