Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ) Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare tender and contract documents Monitor project budgets, cost control, and forecasting Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and construction activities Prepare and submit interim and final payment bills Handle subcontractor billing and verification Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts Maintain and update project costing and reporting documentation Provide support to the project team regarding commercial and contractual matters

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Strong analytical and numerical skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
