Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for waterproofing projects
Conduct site inspections, measurements, and prepare progress reports
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and clients
Prepare technical submittals, variations, and cost breakdowns
Monitor project expenses, labor usage, and material consumption
Assist in procurement and supplier comparison
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Strong ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD,MS Excel, MS word
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
